Appeal Filed Today in "You Tube" Divorce: Smith v. Walsh-Smith
An appeal was filed today in the New York State Supreme Court in the matter of Smith v. Walsh-Smith, one of the most publicly covered divorce cases of 2008.
Joseph P. McCaffery & Associates, the law firm hired by "You Tube Divorcee" Tricia Walsh-Smith in the final days of the July 2008 divorce trial, filed the appeal which if granted will reopen a case involving an estimate $60 million in assets held by New York theatre mogul Philip Smith, and denied to his wife in the court's initial ruling.
