ISO Quality Planning, a company that helps insurers rate risk, has released a list of the 10 most ticketed and 10 least ticketed vehicles.  We found the results of ISO's survey somewhat surprising for all of the high-end vehicles on the list, expecting that  law enforcement profiling might affect less affluent drivers.

6. Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG

ISO also compiled a list of the least ticketed vehicles, which might be worth considering if you're making a vehicle purchase:
