Illinois Sheriffs Support Concealed Carry

As reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and numerous other news outlets, members of the Illinois Sheriff's Association passed a resolution in support of HB-245 which would allow trained citizens to carry concealed weapons in Illinois.  Illinois is one of two states, the other being neighboring Wisconsin, that does not allow concealed carry.

The ISA represents the state's 102 sheriffs.  The resolution was passed by a 90 percent vote.
