Here's a quickie as members of the JPMA team scans the local Chicago news this week from the New York flat.

We certainly recognize the issue of underaged drinking is no laughing matter.  However this Chicago Tribune story out of Glenview made us chuckle.

The morale of the story?  When you're doing something illegal, don't call the cops!
